ORDERING

Orders may be placed either through our certified, secured and encrypted shopping cart on our web site or through our Customer Service Department at 1(888) 500-0067. By placing an order with Laser Online, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that Laser Online is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by Laser Online.

TERMS

Payment is due before shipment, unless other terms have been negotiated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and COD. Dealers, resellers, and government and educational institutions may apply for payment terms other than prepaid. These terms will be determined based on overall credit history and financial ability to pay for all goods purchased. Please allow 10-15 business days for application processing. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on "hold" status until the amount over the limit is paid.

PAYMENTS

When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the items are shipped. For accounts with payment terms, when paying by check, please ensure that your customer number and invoice numbers are clearly listed to speed up processing and avoid possible errors. Any deductions must include proper documentation before they are allowed. Deductions for shortages, defective products, returns, etc., MUST have an accompanying credit memo when deducted from the payment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in credit not being applied.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

For accounts with payment terms, if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, further shipments may be placed on "hold" status until the past due amount is paid in full. NSF checks and stop payments will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. In the event of repeated delinquencies, and if we cannot otherwise resolve the matter to our satisfaction, your account may be placed in the hands of a collection agency or attorney for collection. In the event that your account is sent for collection, you will be obligated to pay the full balance of your account, plus interest thereon, at the highest rate permitted by law, together with all reasonable attorney’s fees, collection fees and related expenses incurred by Laser Online.

ACCURACY

Laser Online attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Laser Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Laser Online reserves the right to change its terms and conditions in any respect at any time. Laser Online reserves the right to waive any of these terms and conditions without affecting future enforceability of that or any other term or condition.
